She built this company with courage, faith, and relentless work — laying a foundation that still holds strong today. Everything we do is rooted in the values she lived by: honesty, excellence, humility, and an unshakable belief in people.

Today, as I lead this company forward, I do so not just as a manager — but as a son honoring a legacy.
